Daily Life of a Franchisee
A Rainbow International franchisee is at the front line of fire and flood restoration and specialist cleaning services. However, as a franchisee, your role will focus on strengthening our management model, ready to grow the brand and build a team of experts who can deliver quality results on every contract.
Although some of our work does come from centrally sourced avenues (i.e. insurance companies), the ability and drive to secure self-generated cleaning work is essential. We`re not talking about regular office cleans; more like advanced, high-value contracts that will boost your earning potential.
In essence, there`ll be central accounts work to get you started, but the rest is down to you. Now and then, of course, you can muck in with the team on ground-level, providing a morale boost and staying up-to-date with how they perform onsite.
