In the current climate of rising court fees, it is more important than ever that small business explore alternative methods for resolving late payment and/or other disputes. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, such as arbitration and mediation, are often cheaper and quicker than litigation, and also offer procedural flexibility, confidentiality, and may help preserve business relationships.
