Prior to founding Novum Office, Paul Pride was previously Head of West End Tenant Representation at a large independent property consultants in the UK. Paul is passionate about helping growing companies to identify and acquire London office space, advising them at every stage, from initial brief through legal negotiations to collecting the keys.
