Since our inception in 2008, originally as Ventia Ltd, we have been dedicated to transforming the workspace landscape with our bespoke approach. Founded by industry veterans Steve Baker and Dan Wheble, our journey began with managing property portfolios and quickly evolved into acquiring our own prestigious properties, starting with a Grade II listed building in Mayfair. Today, we proudly offer a diverse portfolio of standout boutique office spaces, each exuding sophistication and character.
