At Luminary Mindset® we help you elevate your company performance through Emotional Intelligence coaching and training.  Our mission is to raise the level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in the workplace to maximise performance and evolve corporate culture globally. Our goal is to create innovative workplace environments that help people bring their happiness from work back home.  Our sole purpose is to shift corporate culture from ego-driven leadership to conscious leadership.

The Luminary Mindset™ methodology, developed by Zoe Williams, is designed to elevate Emotional Intelligence (EI) and bring about lasting changes in visible leadership behaviours, ultimately enhancing leadership performance. Through our programs, we help you uncover the underlying beliefs, values, and narratives that reinforce these behaviours, allowing you to address the root cause of undesirable patterns and foster lasting improvement. These methodologies are the foundation of all services offered by Luminary Mindset™.

Our global team of coaches and consultants all have experience working within corporations. All of our executive and leadership coaches were at one time senior leaders and executives within FTSE and ASX listed companies.

Our coaches are accredited in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and experiential coaching techniques which all support our ability to help the people we work with identify subconscious belief patterns that are unsupportive of desired leadership behaviors for performance.

We have developed performance culture uplift programs that meet the needs top down (Board, CEO, C-Suite and Senior Leadership) and bottom up (front-line, operational and functional management) ensuring that a performance culture is created that meets the specific needs of each of the levels within an organisation.

Our founder, Zoe Williams, brings over two decades of experience in finance, internal audit, and strategic risk advisory. She has worked closely with Board members and Audit Committee Chairpersons of FTSE 100 companies and has led teams as a Senior Director in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice. Her expertise in business performance and strategic risk management is a key focus in all of our performance culture enhancement work.
