Rockstar Property Partners are a property development company, with personality. We acquire and develop office buildings into high-end apartments, by leveraging permitted development rights.

With an emphasis on outstanding tenant-experience, our business model encompasses our four values; Adventure, Champion investors, Disruption and Consistency (also an acronym of one of our favourite bands!).

Founded in 2016 by professional drummer Kane Andrews, the Rockstar brand brings together our Founder’s two passions; music and business. We unashamedly infuse the two industries, which results in an up-beat, disruptive and very entertaining approach to property investment.

Kane acquired his first investment property at the age of 22, having saved £9,000 from touring. He has since gone on to acquire over £35m of UK property with a 100% track record over the last 14 years. The Rockstar Team are known for promoting ethical business, as we continue to proudly promote our company ethos, prioritising ‘People Before Profit’.

Ex-professional drummer and avid music fan, Kane Andrews is the Founder of Rockstar Property Partners. Widely known as the ‘stand-out challenger’ company, Rockstar Property are on a mission to become the UK’s most trusted Property brand for investors.

Having bought his first property by the age of 22, Kane Andrews has developed over 75 projects, with a gross development value over £35,000,000. With a keen eye on finance, design and project execution, Kane’s ethical approach to business has seen him work with dozens of investors to expand his model over the last decade. From Crawley to Canterbury, the Rockstar Property Team continue to place the Rockstar ‘stamp’ in new markets across the Home Counties of London, under Kane’s leadership.
