The service offers confidential, personally tailored, work-focused support — to help people with mental health symptoms to stay in — or return to — their jobs.
Our support includes: Advice on workplace adjustments Support plans Practical coping strategies Being your company's ‘wellbeing team’. We have already helped more than 20,000 people experiencing anxiety, depression and stress.
