After extensive years of working across a range of sectors and companies, from start-ups to corporates, I am a true believer that current recruitment models and processes need challenging as they are not providing clients value for money or candidates a positive experience.

I enjoy working collaboratively, always keep a level head and most enjoy the client and candidate interactions I have on day-to-day basis, which has helped forge long-lasting, trusting relationships.
