Benny is a seasoned sales and customer experience leader with over 15 years of customer-facing experience in the SaaS industry. He is currently the Global Head of Sales for Bigin, Zoho's newest CRM solution for small businesses and startups. Throughout his career, Benny has worked in multiple roles assisting customers, resellers, and implementation partners find their success with Zoho's unique suite of business applications. Outside work, you can find him cycling, volunteering for local causes, or exploring new cuisines whenever he travels.
