Danielle Dale, Founder of The Changineer, a consultancy on a mission to support individual and collective change for a sustainable future.  Through conversations and consultancy, The Changineer supports businesses to become environmentally astute, identify risks and opportunities, develop organisational change strategies to reduce their impact and contribute to system change.  

With a background in engineering and operations in the energy sector, Danielle has transitioned her career to align with her values, offering unique insights into environmental challenges. Danielle's expertise spans problem-solving, stakeholder communication and entrepreneurial ventures.  A Fellow of the RSA, facilitator of Climate Fresk workshops and overall nature lover Danielle enjoys wild swimming, growing her own food and encouraging her family to be outdoor enthusiasts.

The Changineer collaborates where possible and hosts events including Small 99's People Planet Pint and Pastry in Aberdeen, supporting action for a sustainable future.
