Emma runs marketing strategy consultancy, Business Bollox®, helping companies understand their market before diving into engaging with customers. This approach delivers massively improves results. Emma makes the process fun and engaging, and as she’d say “distinctly un-bolloxy”.

Her work focuses on SMEs, and in support of that, Emma is an expert speaker/lecturer on strategy, business purpose, marketing, brand and operations across four business schools.

Emma grew up in Guildford, Surrey, before studying in Falmouth and then Stoke on Trent for her Masters degree. Her career so far has been varied, from award-winning designer, to event planner, to marketer to strategist. If she’s not with her family in Lincoln, or un-bolloxing businesses with strategy, mentoring and accountability, you’ll find Emma supporting local schools as an Enterprise Career Advisor and School Governor.
