Emma embarked on her journey with Cottons Group in 2004, starting as a Graduate Trainee. Upon achieving her
Chartered Accountant qualification, Emma dedicated herself to assisting owner-managed SMEs across diverse industries
with their accounting and taxation needs. Her dedication and expertise led her to become a Partner in 2018.

Presently, Emma is also serving as Cottons Digital Transformation Lead, spearheading Cottons Digital Advisory services,
and aiding SMEs in leveraging technology for enhanced business efficiency.
