Fabiola Doano
Fabiola Doano is the founder of Apoyo Courses Ltd., specialising in Mental Health First Aid and Anti-Racism training. With over 20 years of experience working with groups in diverse fields of work, she has dedicated the last six years to enhancing mental health awareness, staff wellbeing, and racial equity within various UK organisations. Her training has notably reduced sick leave and turnover while boosting morale and productivity.
Fabiola’s mission is to promote mental well-being and racial inclusion through education, empowering individuals and organisations to create compassionate, thriving communities.
As an MHFA England Instructor member and an EDP Training Associate, she offers diverse mental health first aid and anti-racism courses, including her own DEI course. All courses are available both face-to-face and online, tailored to meet the needs of any group or organisation.
Fabiola's impactful work ensures participants gain crucial knowledge and skills to support mental health and promote inclusivity, making workplaces healthier and more equitable for everyone.
