Joanna is the founder and Chief Product Officer at Trace. She has spent her career across sustainability and product and more recently brought these two passions together to build Trace; helping SMBs decarbonise.  For the last 4.5 years Joanna has been democratising credible climate action enabling 100s of small to medium businesses to measure, report and reduce their carbon emissions.

Joanna began her career in the UK’s first retail renewable energy provider at the forefront of the energy transition. She has over 12 years’ of experience in platform development - building & scaling products globally. At Trace, she leads the product development, global marketing strategy and UK operations.
