Joanna Scott has spent the last 15 years working in UK SME finance. She became Managing Director of BOOST&Co, a private debt fund manager, in 2021 having joined the firm in 2017, and previously spent 10 years at finnCap where she advised quoted SMEs on equity fundraising.
