Konrad is the Managing Director – SME Acceptance for Barclaycard Payments.  In his role he is responsible for developing and delivering face to face and e-commerce payment solutions for SME customers.  Konrad is passionate about 3 things: family, helping small businesses be successful and any sport that involves a bat and ball. 

Konrad is a qualified lawyer in England, Wales and New Zealand where he practised Corporate and Commercial Property Law for one of New Zealand’s leading law firms.  Since arriving in the UK he has worked almost exclusively for Barclays and has held a number of senior leadership roles across: Legal, Operations & Technology and Payments.
