Lyn Hamblin is an experienced Human Resource and Leadership professional with a deep knowledge of learning
and development in academic and commercial settings. She is the Programme Director for the national
government Help to Grow Executive Leadership programme and leads a team of experts in all areas of business
strategy. Lyn has experience in the Apprenticeship framework and has designed and implemented personal
development content in a variety of settings. Lyn works directly with industry partners to develop learning and
development strategies, graduate recruitment frameworks and consultancy project delivery in the public and
private sectors.
