Nichola joined Xeinadin as a bookkeeper in 2006, before completing her ACCA qualification in 2009. She became a Director in 2015 and joined the XAL team in 2022.

In her early career she spent time on secondment to industry. This gave her an invaluable insight into the clients’ perspective on the audit process as well as extensive commercial and operational experience. Nichola has a breadth of experience supporting SMEs in various sectors ranging from Aviation to Construction, Professional Services and more recently sustainable agriculture.  

She also has extensive experience in Auditing regulated Financial Institutions. She is experienced in financial modelling and has undertaken consultancy reviews for various regulatory bodies.
