Phil joined Xeinadin in 2001, completing his ACCA qualification in 2004. He became a Director in 2008 and joined the XAL team in 2022.  

Phil has a wealth of experience supporting SMEs and understands the latest developments and challenges they face. He advises a number of large organisations as a virtual board member.  

He has a thorough understanding of the auditing process and uses the audits to add value to clients’ businesses to improve systems, processes. He works with numerous audit clients within a variety of sectors.  

He enjoys building strong relationships with clients and acting as their trusted advisor and virtual board member. Seeing clients’ businesses and team members grow has to be the most enjoyable part of the job role for Phil. Both Phil and Nichola enjoy co-presenting our Rise business growth programme which supports business owners and decision makers to take action for growth and our Evolve programme, which provides training to our next generation of business advisors at Xeinadin.
