Rick has spent thirty years in the radio and audio industry, as a presenter, producer and management. Having spent many years as the network manager of the Heart Network and the programme director of the Breeze Network of radio stations, he set up ‘Verbu', providing content and production to Bauer Media's Audio+ project, community radio stations, numerous fledgling podcasters and established production companies including Podcast Pioneers.
