Steven has held senior leadership roles in the UK and the US across different sectors and organisations including the NHS, Bupa, British Airways and Marks & Spencer. He is passionate about the causes of workplace ill-health and how pro-active interventions by employers can significantly improve the lives of employees and reduce pressure and costs on employers.
