Wayne began his career as an electrical engineer in Sheffield's heavy Steel industry, where he covered High and Low voltage distribution systems and all variety of control systems.  He started his business, GWE, back in 1994, and over those 28 years has helped many thousands of businesses save energy, carbon, and money, by reducing their electricity consumption with voltage optimisation.
