In this keynote speech, I will share my incredible journey from starting trading at a market stall to becoming a leader in the business world. I'll discuss my transition into retail, selling my company at 29, buying it back, and transforming it into one of the UK's largest knitwear companies. 

I'll also talk about being the first woman to take my business to the stock market, and my subsequent ventures into electronics and property - all achieved without formal business qualifications. This is a story of resilience, innovation, and breaking barriers.
